Lilac Perez is currently a freelance Casting Director represented by Jones Management. She is based in Los Angeles and works with clients worldwide.

Lilac Perez is a native Angeleno who received her BFA in Photography from Art Center College of Design in 2008. After graduating she lived and worked in New York for over a decade as a Casting Director and Photo Editor. She previously was the Casting Director at Refinery29 working across photography and video casting for both branded and editorial content where she cast projects for over fifty brands including Gucci, Adidas, and Target. Her work has received numerous awards from SPD, American Photography, and PDN.

Having prior experience as an agent at Wilhelmina Models she has a keen eye for unique talent and strong agency relationships. With an innate ability to scout emerging talent in the modeling industry, she is a trend forecaster setting the tone for brands and agencies alike. She focuses on talents’ narrative to tell visual stories and continually showcases inclusivity and diversity across all of her work. Having extensive knowledge of real people, models, and tastemakers she continues to break boundaries and push the depths of visual storytelling within the industry.
